2020 Track and Field Sign-ups for the opening soon. The cost is $280 per athlete , which includes Registration, Uniform, fundraiser, monthly dues , Practice and Regular Season Meets. Our Track and Field program consist of teams in Redlands, Grand Terrace, Riverside , Rialto/Fontana ,Yucaipa, Victorville, Hesperia, Los Angeles, Downey, Lakewood, Apple Valley, Beaumont/Banning, Moreno Valley. These teams will compete against each other in league competition for individual and team titles. From our conference championships top 4 runners in each division will be selected to the 10 East All Star Team, this team will compete against top teams in regional and national competition. Each team will practice two days a week and compete on weekends.

The 10 East Youth Conference simply put is the Best Conference of its kind in the Area! The Conference acts as a governing body with well established playing rules and standards that are first and foremost, fair to all competitors. The 10 East Youth Conference Track & Field/Cross Country competition is exclusive to its member clubs.
Through associations with our member teams, we provide some of the best sporting events in the country. Our Standards have been well established using technology to its fullest. The10 East Conference has required all sprint events to use fully automatic timing systems for our Championships.
The 10 East Youth Conference has been voluntarily helping boys and girls , to develop athletically, academically and socially. The Colton Joint Unified , Riverside Unified and Redlands School Districts and other area school boards have made this possible by providing use of their athletic facilities.
We are a non-profit volunteer organization devoted to youth through athletics. We offer a year round sports program through Track & Field and Cross Country for boys and girls ages 5 to 18. Our goal is to provide a safe, healthy environment for our youth to develop in both athletics and citizenship. We encourage scholastic achievement, and we are looking forward to annually awarding academic scholarships to graduating high school seniors who have participated in one of our many athletic programs. We encompass the Areas of Redlands , Highland , San Bernardino , Colton , Grand Terrace , Riverside , Fontana/Rialto and the High Desert area.
